These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SetupParaguay (the "Service"), operated byVicovate LLC("we", "us"), a limited liability company organized in the State of Wyoming, United States. By using the Service or joining our waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What the Service is

Today the Service is an informational website where you can join a waitlist. We are building a tool that helps you prepare and pre-fill documents for a Paraguay residency application from information you provide. Features, availability, and pricing may change before launch.

Not legal advice

SetupParaguay is not a law firm and does not provide legal, immigration, tax, or financial advice. We are not a government service and are not affiliated with any government.Using the Service does not create an attorney-client relationship. The Service helps you organize and format documents based on the information you give us; it does not review your situation for legal sufficiency. You are responsible for verifying current residency requirements and for the accuracy and completeness of your information. We do not guarantee that any application will be accepted or that residency will be granted. For advice about your specific circumstances, consult a qualified attorney or licensed professional.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and lawful information.
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to violate anyone's rights.
• Keep any account credentials secure and do not misuse or attempt to disrupt the Service.

Fees

The document tool is expected to be offered for a one-time fee (currently planned at USD 59). Pricing, billing, and any refund terms will be presented at the point of purchase before you pay and will apply to that purchase.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its content, design, and software, is owned by Vicovate LLC and protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of the information and documents you provide. We do not claim ownership of your content and use it only to provide the Service.

Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in ourPrivacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any outcome will be achieved.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vicovate LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, opportunity, or profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vicovate LLC from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming for any dispute that is not subject to arbitration or small-claims court.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
